EM300A open loop / enclosed loop vector control inverter
0.75 - 400 KW

Applications:
Universal vector control inverter, open loop vector control, or enclosed loop vector control by connection with PG card, rotary encoder etc., applied to most AC motors such as plastic machine, cable, blower, water pump, cement, oil pump, dyeing, constant pressure water supply, especially high speed paper machine, precise textile, multi-color printing, CNC machine, elevator, tension control etc.

Features

1. Speedless sensor vector control without PG, speed vector control when connected with PG.
2. Drive mode: V/F, V/F with PG，vector control without PG, vector control with PG;
3. Setting mode: Speed / frequency, torque;
4. Auto tuning of motor’s parameters;
5. Frequency control width: 0~600HZ
6. Speed regulation width:1:50 (SV), 1:100 (vector w/o PG), 1:1000 (vector with PG);
7. Speed control accuracy:+/- 0.5Hz
8. Start up torque:150%/1Hz (SV), 150%/0.5Hz (vector w/o PG), 150%/0Hz (vector with PG)
9. Max. overload current:150% for one minute，180% for 2 seconds
10. AVR voltage stabilization technique
11. Built-in braking unit for power 0.75~15KW, can utilize braking resistor for quick stop;
12. Built-in PID
13. Built-in standard RS485 communication interface;
14. Contact or button controlled start / stop;
15. RS485, realize master-slave control system with multiple inverters through PLC or IPC;
