Wednesday, November 10, 2004 Associated Press Fed expected to raise interest rates Weds. for 4th time in '04
The Federal Reserve on Wednesday is expected to hike interest rates for a fourth time this year.
Analysts believe the central bank is feeling more confident about the outlook, in part because of the strong payrolls report issued by the Labor Department last week.
And, that's expected to be followed by the final rate hike of the year at the December meeting.
