We’re professional manufacturer of porcelain insulators for ESP in Zhangjiakou, Hebei, China.
Our products include post insulator, shaft insulator, link insulator, wall bushing insulator, insulating plate etc, of working voltage from 72kv-120kv.
Our factory built in 1976 which covers 12 000suqre meters, the yearly output of porcelain insulators exceeds 4800tons, we share 55% of the domestic market, andwidely export to India, Brazil, Vietnam, Malaysia, Russia, USA etc.
The manufacturing process of ceramic insulators is made from the formula of aluminous high strength porcelain, the work bank is extruded by large vacuum pugmill and fired at temperature of 1350 degree Celsius. The standard and test performed with IEC60168-2001, ISO9001,IEC62155-2003,IEC60273-1990,IS:5621,IS:2544, GB/T772-2005,JB/T6746. (1~4) 1993. etc. according different requirements of clients. The performance parameter is all in accordance with the above standards.
