ISSUING BANK APPROVE
TRANSACTION AND SEND
CONFIRMATION TO SELLER EMAIL

BUYERS EMAIL ADDRESS:....
3. BUYER WITHIN 48 HOURS OF
TRANSACTION APPROVAL BY
ISSUING BANK, BUYER SHALL PAY
RE-ASSIGNMENT FEES FOR THE
FIRST
TRANCHE TO SELLER DESIGNATED
BANK ACCOUNT BY FED WIRE.
4. UPON SELLER CONFIRMATION
OF BUYER RE-ASSIGNMENT FEES,

DELIVERY BY DTC/EURO-CLEAR.
5. UPON BUYER CONFIRMATION OF

ACCOUNT, BUYER SHALL WITHIN 3
BANKING DAYS RELEASE PAYMENT
TO THE
SELLER BY FED WIRE TRANSFER
AND AT THE SAME DAY PAY THE
AGENT FEE PER AGREEMENT.
