We will process and submit your application to Instrument Provider banks, to obtain a BG/SBLC/MTN or PROJECT LOAN for your business or projects.
- VistaCapital Funding will be the applicant
- Buyer (your company) will be the beneficiary.
Investor would only need to show POF as specified in the procedures below. If no adequate POF, we will arrange for CREDIT ENHANCEMENT to boost your company’s LVR (Loan to Value Ratio)
BG amount (in USD): BETWEEN 1 MILLION AND 500 MILLION USD (UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($)
1. Buyer to submit documents: LOI, CIS, FPA; Seller to countersign.
2. Buyer to show POF (Proof Of Funds) via MT799 or a Notarized bank copy (sent as attachment by email or fax) demonstrating commitment to pay for instrument.
3. Seller to confirm availability & readiness to transfer instrument.
4. Seller transfers instrument via MT760.
5. Buyer to authenticate & pay within 15 days after instrument verification.
